A loan modification will cost $500 up front to get it started and IF we get results for you, then upon closing the modification the cost will be an additional $500 (payment plans available if necessary).

An FHA short pay refinance loan will cost $350 for the appraisal fee (paid directly to the appraiser), all other loan costs will be absorbed by your lender(s), including the negative equity in your home.

A short sale does not cost you anything at all.  Your lender(s) absorb all the real estate fees involved with selling your property as well as all the negative equity in your home.
