When we purchased our first home Carrie was the ONLY person who would give us the time of day. After being told we should wait for better credit AND save 20% for a down payment we gave up on the idea of owning a home. Then Carrie came to us through a referral. She not only found us a loan with zero down even though we had bad credit, but she also found us a beautiful home within our budget. Her ability to handle both mortgage and real estate needs streamlined the process. Her attention to customer service doesn't end when the sale closes. Two years ago I purchased a home in Riverside and Carrie handled the financing --getting the best rates available, bringing the paperwork to me rather than my going to it. When the rates dropped she contacted me about refinancing and handled everything as before. She is very considerate--even helping me to file paperwork to reduce my property tax since the market dropped so drastically. In addition to that her husband has been most helpul in making improvements to my house. My appreciation goes out to both of them.

When we first started looking for a house we had an agent who was hard to get a hold of and could only take us to look at houses on her time. Then Carrie was referred to us by a friend and I could not have asked for anything more out of a professional. Carrie took us to look at houses whenever they came available and on our time, one day she took us to look at 14 houses with out one complaint. Carrie was always available day, night or even out of town. She kept us updated at all times of any changes with our loan and there were not any hidden fees. She is a complete go-getter and does not stop until the job is complete. I have recommended Carrie to a couple people and will continue to send people her way. I had the privilege to work with Carrie on a couple of occasions so far. One thing that I was impressed with is her willingness to go the extra mile. On one occasion I remember she drove from Corona all the way to Carlsbad just so I could sign some documents. I am impressed by Carries drive and enthusiasm to help her clients. I purchased my home in South Corona in July 2005. Carrie Berg was my real estate broker. Since this was the second time I’d purchased a home, I had some experience and as a result, some unpleasant expectations, such as unexpected expenses, paper work not being prepared on time or correctly, inspections that didn’t catch existing problems with the property, and with working long hours, the inconvenience of having to go to the broker’s office to sign papers. I experienced not one of the unpleasant expectations, everything was handled professionally, accurately and we closed escrow right on time. Carrie took the time to listen when I told her what I was looking for and only showed me properties that I would be interested in, and in my price range. All papers were signed at the property that I was purchasing, so I got to see my house again before I moved in and take measurements and arrange the furniture in my head. My home purchase experience with Carrie Berg was easier than buying a car!
